The place is suitable for all levels in water sports, from beginners to advanced.

Is the equipment included?

Equipment is not included by default. However, if you need it, we recommend notifying us in advance so we can ensure it is available during your visit. This way, we guarantee that you will have everything you need to enjoy the activities without any issues.

How can I book my experience, and what transportation options are available?

You can book your experience at Secret Ranch through the online reservation system. Regarding transportation, you have the option to arrive by helicopter or private boat, which adds a special touch to the experience. For more details about the availability of these transfers and to coordinate your arrival, it is recommended to contact Secret Ranch directly to ensure a personalized experience.

Can I customize my experience? What activities or extras are available (yoga, massages, helicopter transfer)?

Yes, you can customize your experience at Secret Ranch. In addition to wakeboarding, you can add other activities such as yoga sessions or massages, and also choose a helicopter transfer for more exclusive access. The activities are tailored to your preferences, allowing you to create a unique experience. For more information and specific options, we recommend contacting Secret Ranch directly to coordinate the additional details that interest you.

Is there an age limit for activities at Secret Ranch?

There is no specific age limit, and all activities, such as wakeboarding, are supervised by experts to ensure the safety of all participants. It is advisable to contact Secret Ranch directly for additional details if needed.

What are the policies in case of bad weather, unforeseen circumstances, or cancellation?

  1. Free cancellation: Cancellation is allowed at no charge up to 7 days before the reserved date.
  2. Cancellation between 6 and 3 days prior: A charge of 30% to 50% of the total reservation value will apply.
  3. Cancellation within 48 hours prior: No refunds will be granted, and the full amount will be charged.
  4. Rescheduling: Reservations can be rescheduled at no cost up to 3 days before the event, subject to availability.
  5. Cancellations due to bad weather or circumstances beyond control: If activities cannot be carried out due to extreme weather conditions, a rescheduling at no cost or a partial refund will be offered, depending on the case.
  6. Special conditions for group events: For group bookings or private events, different policies or adjustments to cancellation timelines may apply, which will be specified at the time of booking.
  7. Credit refund: Instead of a monetary refund, a credit for future experiences at Secret Ranch may be offered, valid for 12 months.
