Reservation Policies

Policies for Bad Weather, Unforeseen Circumstances, or Cancellations

• Free Cancellation

  Cancellation is allowed at no charge up to 7 days before the reserved date.

• Cancellation between 6 and 3 Days Prior

  A charge of 30% to 50% of the total reservation value will apply.

• Cancellation within 48 Hours Prior

  No refunds will be granted, and the full amount will be charged.

• Rescheduling

  Reservations can be rescheduled at no cost up to 3 days before the event, subject to availability.

• Cancellations Due to Bad Weather or Circumstances Beyond Control

  If activities cannot be carried out due to extreme weather conditions, a rescheduling at no cost or a partial refund will be offered, depending on the case.

• Special Conditions for Group Events

  For group bookings or private events, different policies or adjustments to cancellation timelines may apply, which will be specified at the time of booking.

• Credit Refund

  Instead of a monetary refund, a credit for future experiences at Secret Ranch may be offered, valid for 12 months.
