If activities cannot be carried out due to extreme weather conditions, a rescheduling at no cost or a partial refund will be offered, depending on the case.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
For group bookings or private events, different policies or adjustments to cancellation timelines may apply, which will be specified at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Instead of a monetary refund, a credit for future experiences at Secret Ranch may be offered, valid for 12 months.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
